Yippeeee!!!

I am THRILLED to announce that Stars Not Included has been accepted into Art Quilt Elements 2012!

AQE 2012 is the 10th Exhibition of this internationally acclaimed show set in suburban Philadelphia. "One of the distinctions of our show is our professional presentation of art quilts. The exhibition has been widely praised by reviewers and artists not only for exhibiting the quilts in a gallery setting but also for promoting the art quilt as an art form.”

This year, jurors David McFadden, Sandra Sider and Elizabeth Barton reviewed over 660 entries from all around the world.  They selected 48 quilts, representing artists from 42 US States and 11 countries.  I am very happy to be one of the 28 first-time exhibitors.

Art Quilt Elements will run from March 30 – May 13, 2012

Please see the show in person if you have a chance!

  7. I LOVE the show in Wayne and now I have another really legitimate reason to go again. It was great that we all got a chance to see Stars before the exhibit...I have a feeling it won't come back, just like the Dandelion it will find a new home.
